Microsoft Windows Azure

Windows Azure is the only true cloud computing platform widely available in the market. It is not a virtual server like Amazon EC2, nor is it software delivered over the internet as Salesforce.com.

Windows Azure is what is labeled Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) - a rich software development platform available directly on the cloud:
